The 2024/25 Summer Track and Field Season – registrations open in Mid – Late August.

join Grovedale Little Athletics club

Our Club is one of 9 clubs competing in the Geelong Little Athletics Centre (GLAC) competition.


Little Athletics caters for athletes of all abilities aged between 5 and 17. The Little Athletics Victoria registration year runs from 1st September in one year to the 31st August the next year.


Grovedale Little Athletics members come from Grovedale, Waurn Ponds, Armstrong Creek, Torquay, Jan Juc and Anglesea areas and other nearby areas.


All children compete for fun, fitness and enjoyment and are encouraged to participate in events in a positive way, regardless of their athletic capability.


Track and Field competition is held weekly at Landy Field over the summer months, and Cross-Country competition is run over the winter months at a variety of venues around Geelong.


Club registration is $165 per child and includes the weekly competition and all Geelong Championship entries. 


New members must register at Little Athletics Victoria (LAVic)complete a FREE 2-week Trial Athlete Offer before they join the club.


Once registered at LAVic all you need to do is sign in at theGrovedale Registration desk at Landy Field before 8:15am each competition day.
